The staff was very unfriendly, they didn't even help us with the luggage when we checked in and was refusing to help us when we checked out, but then i was like how am I supposed to pick all that up alone , then the guy helped , the breakfast lady was the amazingly nice , she was the only one friendly, everyone else was rolling their eyes when ever we asked them for anything They give you water only at the time of check in , not afterwards, they don't even give tea bags sugar or anything after the day of check in. The hotel was new and very clean but i didn't like the location, it is close to haya sofia but the roads on both sides are very steep , we had to climb up that . The hotel was nice clean , the washroom and rooms were great but the stuff was not

Stayed 6 nights and room was good sized, cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs to upper rooms are very narrow and steep and may not suit someone with mobility issues, Room we stayed in was good size and bed very comfortable. Access to hotel from sites is very hilly on cobbled streets. Buffet breakfast wasn't great but adequate. Good value for money

This is a perfectly located guest hotel. Welcoming, attentive staff, wonderful breakfast, very clean with well appointed rooms. The location could not be better with views of the Bosphorus Strait and a short walk to the major mosques, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar. Helpful advice for our stay in Istanbul with assistance with a ride to the airport, door to door.

Oh my goodness! Eb and his family were fantastic! My room was the top floor with balcony. It was clean, large, and was overall great. The morning breakfast buffet on the sun deck is fabulous. This is a jewel off the beaten path. As a solo traveler and my first time to Istanbul, I couldn't have picked out a better spot. They made me feel at home.

When we arrived, the twin room we had requested was made up as a double. The receptionist pulled the bed apart and made up the room as a twin. It was also dusty and had no tea/coffee in the holder. It was almost like they weren’t expecting us so not a great first impression. The breakfast is basic and the only thing on offer that appealed to me was toast. Cold meats, cheese and cold scrambled egg and cold potatoes were not appetising. The staff are very friendly and the room basic but clean. The TV had no signal. Someone came to fix it but within a few hours the signal had gone again. I’m afraid wouldn’t stay here again, despite the friendly owner.
